A Globalist family of four spent four nights in summer 2026 for 165,000 points total with no taxes or fees, booking a standard room and applying a Suite Upgrade Award confirmed at booking into the 100 sqm Executive Suite with a separate king bedroom, a rollaway placed in advance and couch bedding prepared for the youngest. As Globalists they checked in at the Grand Club with refreshments, and took lounge breakfast with Western and Japanese options every morning plus an evening spread substantial enough to serve as dinner. A welcome table held two bottles of tea, grapes and nuts, with crackers and candy replenished daily and yukata, slippers and kids' bath sponges and spinning tops provided. They called it a redemption that reminded them why they collect points and said they would absolutely return, especially repeating the points plus suite award combination.

A Globalist family spent five nights in August 2024 at 25,000 points per night for a standard room, applying a suite upgrade award to confirm the 1,000 sq ft Grand Executive Suite, worth over $1,500 per night, and then receiving a further proactive upgrade at check-in to a Diplomat Suite of similar size with upgraded finishes. Breakfast was served in the club lounge, which also offered evening hors d'oeuvres, though the spread repeated most days. A bottle of Bordeaux, fresh fruit and Japanese snacks were waiting as a welcome amenity. Late checkout was only offered to 1 p.m. if they kept the Diplomat Suite, with the 4 p.m. Globalist benefit available only by moving back to a standard room. Service was excellent and he would return with a suite upgrade and lounge access, despite a location 20 to 45 minutes from most attractions.
