    The courtyard room didn't look like even the best available, though the hotel was sold out. The $20 destination fee wasn't brought up at check-in.

    Quiet and comfortable for a family of four, and the only gripe was staff who couldn't answer basic transit questions. Would go back.

    Avoid front-facing rooms at all costs. The upgraded room was horribly noisy day and night, the worst noise ever for a Manhattan local.
